Shelfa Privacy Policy

This policy explains how SZS Labs ("we") handles information in Shelfa. We build our apps to collect as little as possible.

What we collect

• Your books, reading sessions, notes and settings are stored on your device.
• If you turn on iCloud backup, a copy is saved to your own iCloud Drive; we cannot see it.
• Purchases are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to check your subscription status with an anonymous ID; it does not include your name or email.
• We count anonymous usage events (for example, that a session was finished) with PostHog to improve the app. They are not linked to you and are not used for advertising.
• If you email support, we use your email address only to reply to you.

What we never do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information.
• We do not show third-party advertising inside the app.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

Data stored on your device is removed when you delete the app. To ask about or delete any other data, email hello@szslabs.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
