Day 25 without nicotine

Support makes quitting more likely to stick. It is free.

What's happening

You don't have to do this alone, and support is not only for the first week. The NHS says local Stop Smoking Services are free and can improve your chances of quitting for good, with support during the first few months.

In the US, 1-800-QUIT-NOW offers free coaching, and Smokefree.gov says its experts can help with quitting vaping too. Truth Initiative runs EX Program, a free program for any tobacco or nicotine product, including pouches.

Friends and family count too. Smokefree.gov suggests telling them you've quit and asking for support.
